Description
A car’s headlight switch is typically a rotary knob on the dashboard or a stalk behind the steering wheel that controls various exterior lights, including headlights, parking lights, and fog lamps. Common positions include off to turn all lights off, “auto” for automatic activation based on ambient light, and manual settings for “parking lights” and headlights (low beams). High beams are often activated by pushing the stalk forward, and can be “flashed” by pulling it back and releasing.
